3M X3A Premium Ear Muffs
3M™ Peltor™ X-Series Over-The-Head Earmuffs X3A help protect hearing in high noise exposure environments with a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 28 dB. A newly designed spacer improves attenuation without a double cup design, excess bulk, or excess weight. When correctly selected and worn, these lightweight hearing protection products help reduce exposure to hazardous levels of noise and loud sounds. Specifically designed to enhanced worker comfort, these earmuffs combine a lightweight design with soft contact points and adjustability. The twin headband design helps reduce heat buildup while offering a good fit and balance to make the headband more comfortable. The wire headband provides just enough pressure to ensure a secure fit, but never too much so as to become uncomfortably tight. Individual wearers can customize the fit of these hearing protectors with the adjustable earcups that tilt. Soft and wide cushions help the earmuffs seal comfortably around the ears, a feature that potentially can increase hearing protection compliance by workers working in environments where hearing protection may be required.

X-Series Over-the-Head Earmuffs feature electrically insulated (dielectric) wire headbands.
