FireChem FORCE is a high-performance dry chemical powder formulated for rapid suppression of high-risk Class B fires,
particularly those involving flammable liquids.
Developed from a Potassium Bicarbonate Urea complex,
it offers superior flame knockdown capabilities,
making it indispensable for various firefighting applications.
FireChem exhibits a unique decrepitation property,
where powder particles break down into numerous minute particles upon contact with flames.
This increases the surface area,
facilitating rapid removal of free radicals and resulting in swift fire suppression.
The powder has a low apparent density,
ranging between 0.5 to 0.6 gm/cm³,
ensuring efficient coverage and application.
With an average particle size of 55 to 65 microns,
FireChem FORCE ensures optimal flow and discharge during firefighting operations.
Designed to be water-repellent with a maximum of 1.5%,
maintaining its effectiveness even in humid or wet conditions.
Suitable for use in various firefighting equipment,
including portable fire extinguishers,
fixed installations, wheeled units, fire trucks, and powder cannons.
Its compatibility with foam allows for combined powder and foam application systems.
The volume of this product required to fill extinguisher up to same capacity will be 60% charge by weight.
